Unified Data Platform.

Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo and clickstream, tied to every customer.

The thesis

Your data lives in eight places. Your AI sees two. The Unified Data Platform pulls Shopify, Meta, Google, Klaviyo, and on-site behaviour into one identity-resolved feed, so every agent reasons from the same source of truth, in near real time.

What it does

The capabilities inside Unified Data Platform.

Each capability is wired into the same data model and shared by every agent. Nothing here is a side feature; the platform is the product.

01

Commerce backbone

Orders, products, customers, inventory, returns. Shopify is the source; we mirror, enrich, and keep it fresh.

02

Paid spend ingestion

Meta, Google, TikTok. Spend, impressions, conversions, and creative-level performance, joined to the customers they actually produced.

03

Lifecycle messaging

Klaviyo flows, campaigns, segments. Open and click events stitched to on-site sessions and orders.

04

On-site clickstream

Every page view, scroll, click, and dwell. The signal layer most stacks throw away.

05

Identity resolution

Anonymous device to known email to repeat customer. Stitched continuously so cohort questions become trivial.

What we believe

Why we built it this way.

Every architectural decision here reflects a strong opinion about what makes AI useful inside a real growth team, not what makes a demo land.

Belief 01

Attribution is broken because data is broken.

You cannot fix last-click in a dashboard if the dashboard is fed by disconnected sources. The fix is upstream, in the data model.

Belief 02

Batch is too slow for agents.

A daily ETL is fine for a quarterly report. It is useless for an agent making a decision now. We treat near-real-time as the floor.

Belief 03

The customer is the unit, not the channel.

Most stacks organise data by source. We organise it by customer. Every event ties back to a person, every person to their full history.

Inputs

The signals it reads from.

Shopify (orders, products, customers, inventory)
Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segments, events)
On-site behaviour via Spectrum theme integration

In one line

Most teams spend the first six months of any AI project building this layer. Spectrum ships with it.

How the platform behaves

Four principles every pillar inherits.

Memory over prompts

Agents read from structured, retrievable context. Prompts can lie about what an AI knows. A graph cannot.

One source of truth

Every agent queries the same data layer. No copies, no divergence, no silent disagreements between tools.

Continuous, not one-shot

The platform tunes itself as the catalogue, audience, and market move. Static defaults rot fast.

Auditable by design

Every action ties back to the context it read and the data it saw. Nothing the agents do is a black box.
